# Your information.  
Handled with purpose.

This notice explains how CloudGuys handles information submitted through this website. For privacy questions, email [hello@cloudguys.io](mailto:hello@cloudguys.io).

## What you share

The enquiry form collects your name, work email, company, the help you are interested in, and your message. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, payment card details, health information or other sensitive records.

## Why we use it

We use your enquiry to understand what you need, reply to you and discuss a possible engagement. Sending the form does not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell enquiry data.

## How it is processed

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions pass through a server-side Cloudflare function and our self-hosted Postal mail server to the CloudGuys inbox, hosted on Google Workspace. Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Our function does not intentionally log the content of your enquiry.

## Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics in Consent Mode, with analytics storage denied by default, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used. Clarity may set first-party cookies (\_clck and \_clsk). If you choose a regional version of the site, a cloudguys\_locale cookie remembers it. We do not use advertising trackers. The nomus pages under agrohi.com/nomus follow their own privacy notice.

## Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry correspondence while we need it to reply, evaluate an engagement or meet record-keeping obligations. To access, correct or delete your enquiry information, email hello@cloudguys.io. Your rights depend on where you are and the circumstances.

## Client data is separate

The public form is not a channel for client production data or regulated records. Any engagement that involves confidential or regulated data has its own agreed access, data handling and contract terms.
